By booking with Travaro Car Rental, you agree to the conditions below.Eligibility & Driver RequirementsTo rent a vehicle with Travaro Car Rental, the renter must:Be at least [confirmar edad mínima] years of ageHold a valid driver's license (foreign licenses accepted alongside a valid passport)Present a valid passport or government-issued IDProvide a credit card in the renter's name for the security depositAdditional drivers must meet the same requirements and be registered at the time of pickup.Reservations & PaymentReservations can be made via WhatsApp or our website and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or payment. A security deposit of [confirmar monto] is required at pickup, held on the renter's credit card and released upon vehicle return in its original condition. Delivery times are coordinated directly with the renter based on flight or arrival details.Damage & Accident ProcedureIn the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle:Ensure personal safety and, if necessary, contact local authorities.Notify Travaro Car Rental immediately via WhatsApp or phone.Do not leave the scene until authorized to do so.Cooperate with any required police report or insurance documentation.Failure to report an accident promptly may affect insurance coverage and renter liability.Prohibited UseThe vehicle may not be used for:Illegal activities of any kindOff-road driving unless explicitly authorizedSubletting or transferring the rental to a third partyTransporting passengers or cargo beyond the vehicle's rated capacityViolation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
